Nicky's on Buakhao — Restaurant in Pattaya City

I always go to Nicky when I want some English food cos it's delicious, today I went there for large Sunday roasted to share with my boyfriend. A staffs treated me with bad attitude, she served us large trio roasted and gravy plate. we asked her for share plate and she said that's it your share plate! after that another nice staffs saw and she came and sorted out, we continue eating. At the end, I called that nice staff to get the bill and asked her about the standard of serving sharing plate to customer. What I and her understand for sharing plate was match. In a second, that bad attitude lady come straight to me and asked me with moody tone...Do you have any problem? she said this is the way for her to serve customer share plate with the gravy jar on the plate...she using very aggressive tone of voice in front of many other customer, this is very rude and unacceptable.

I'm sorry for the owner to have this kinda attitude staff to work here! it's ruine my day, and I will not go back...

They do a reasonable breakfast that is cheap, the staff and venue are very nice.|Unfortunately the regular food and main meals is not to my taste, it's home cooked western food style.|Have eaten main meals there 3 times with friends, had a beef roast dinner, the beef was very tough and full of gristle. The second time I had a home made chicken pie, chips and peas 🫛. The peas were fine but the pie either had freezer burn or was over microwaved. The pastry was soggy and half the chicken very hard and dry. The home made chips were watery on the inside and burnt on the outside. The last meal I had was a thai curry that had very little spice and too much coconut milk. I appreciate they are catering to a western audience but unfortunately not to my taste. |Sadly I would only recommend for breakfasts, I may have just been unlucky with my main meal choices but will not be eating a main meal...
