I found this place by chance. What a gem! The chef is from Nice and most of his day specials are Provence typical meal. I was there on the Daube day and it brought me back to my childhood when my Mum used to cook it for us. The egg mayonnaise with home made mayo were also a very good surprise at... 90THB! The Tartare was also great with home made fries. And when i thought it could not get better, the chef told us the dessert were home made. Read moreLittle french restauraunt in the middle of nonwhere. Took a chance it would be good based on location and pictures of the menu. Small menu usually means they do the dishes they have excellently. Being able to exist away from tourist areas meams they have consistent repeat customers.
Glad to say the food was excellent, the chef and staff very nice, and it was full of french patrons. Felt very different to the restaraunts elsewhere in pattaya.

Tous les bons plats bien de chez nous, y compris un bon pâté de campagne, terrine de poisson, harengs à l'huile, entrecôtes, côtes de porc, poissons, cuisses de canard forestière 240 THB, choucroute, bœuf bourguignon, daube provençale, goulasch, petits farcis nissards (240 THB !), rognons... aïoli avec ses légumes 290 THB, pot au feu... osso bucco, moules marinières 250 THB, délicieuse langue de bœuf sauce charcutière, gigot, souris d'agneau rôtie, petit salé aux lentilles 260 THB... lapin à la moutarde, brandade de morue... steak tartare. On se régale tous les jours ! Prix très raisonnables.
Chaque jour un autre plat du jour (parfois - couscous, 330 THB). Le menu de la semaine est actualisé sur la page Facebook. Il vaut mieux réserver car tous les jours c'est plein. Congé : mardi.
