I recently had the pleasure of dining at Honmono Sushi Arisamphan, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. From the exceptional quality of their sashimi to the convenience of ample parking, this restaurant truly exceeded my expectations.

First and foremost, the highlight of the dining experience was undoubtedly the freshness of their sashimi. Each piece was impeccably sliced, tender, and filled with flavors that left me craving for more. Great restaurant. You do not need a reservation but we had our reception lady at our hotel call and make one just to be safe. There are plenty of tables. The interior is clean and modern but not pretentious, it’s comfy. We sat at a booth and it’s very spacious. Order food by tapping the button at the table, and the server will come to your table. We didn’t realize that at first and raised our hands which worked but the bell is probably even more efficient. The menu is lengthy and full of so many Japanese items. I ate the tuna maki and salmon teriyaki with rice. The maki was exceptional. Glad there is Ari branch as it’s so close to our house. The good thing is that it comes with parking lot and private rooms. So it is one of our go-to Japanese restaurants, undoubtedly! Foods quality is always fresh.
