Family Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Phetchaburi Province

It is really hard to rate this place since the service was okay and host was friendly, but the food was uneatable.

We are thai food lovers and this was the worst "thai" food we ever tried in or outside of Thailand. There is no way possible that the chef is Thai.

Thai omelet was just a basic thin omelet filled with canned peas and shrimp. It was not fried. The shrimp and the sauce smelled and tasted like something out of a can and thats how I assume they were canned peas.

The Tom Kha Gai was something else. We dont know what it was but it surely wasnt Tom Kha Gai.

Order of grilled shrimp we werent able to taste since there was a warm crawling on the plate and after my son saw it, he could not touch the shrimp.

Glass noodle salad with sea food was a plate full of wooden tasting cellery leafs that were uneatable. It was just a pile of huge cellery leafs.

Fried Rice was the only eatable dish that one of the Kids had. Dry, not good, but eatable.

We left so angry and dissapointed to another restaurant. This was by far the worst "Thai" food experience ever..

There must be some good dishes since there are good reviews, but maybe their specialty is in other...

Great food and fantastic service We visited here when staying around the road at the Novotel.

We were a family of four and after 2 weeks in Thailand fancied something different.

We had previously seen the front of house when we walked last earlier in the week and after a recommendation from other guests within the hotel decided to pay it a visit.

I can see that there are two buildings for the same place. One on the front road and one down a side street. As it is low season only the front one was open.

Good varied choice of western and Thai and veggie options available and tweaks permitted.

Had tomatoes salad and garlic bread to start. Good drinks choices.

For mains cheesy beans jackets, salad, spaghetti bol and a chicken Thai curry and rice. All very tasty. Myself and daughter were super excited for a jacket potato!!

Good pudding choices and ice creams were delicious! Very attentive service and very accommodating of the kids!!

We would highly recommend!! Thanks for a fab meal and service.

Very good food and reasonable price. Came to this restaurant by accident when we were trying to walk to another seafood restaurant on the same street towards the beach with my 1 year-old son at 6pm, but the alley was so dark and inhabited we decided to turn back and just try this well lit "Family Restaurant & Bar" for a quick to-go. Everything was far beyond my expectations. Just a great, simple restaurant, that everyone, whether tourist or Thais, must try!
