Joe Kool's Terrace — Restaurant in Phetchaburi Province

Great vibe at beginning and later we got a very low outcome! We ordered their much advertised beef burger ( in the photo is chicken burger, not the best) but unfortunately they had already sold the seven beef patties planned for the day (swimming pool area was full of people) and had to come back at least 2-3 days later. As member of ACCOR plus I contacted the hotel then customer service .. no one pick my call and explain me why their such poor management! Very disappointed from a such international...

Typical hotel restaurant with local and foreign menu items. We had 3 Thai dishes which where quite good.

They don't have printed menu books, but you will need to scan a QR code which opens a PDF file from a Google Drive. Don't scan it unless you want to share your email address with the restaurant. Also, the menu format is not designed for phone screen...

The restaurant is on a beach terrace buy you can't see the beach as there...

They serve the most authentic Tom ka Kai. Despite of, being under staff - their staff did a fantastic job! The mocktail nailed...
