This branch is similar to all other MK branches all around Thailand . The only difference is seen in location, service, location, and atmosphere. First impression is immediately after stepping in, we were noticed by the staff, and our presence was acknowledged by a welcoming speech. Staff also guided us to select a dining table and immediately given a mobile tablet for menu browsing, selecting, and ordering electronically. Automated Robot was also helping staff in serving ready meals and delivering food to the table. Disclaimer: I visited this restaurant during Covid 19, and some of the lack of quality could be contributed to that. Now on to the review.

The food in no way matched what I actually received, many items were missing, or clearly not what was shown in the menu. What I did get was incredibly bland and mediocre. The water had.. something else in it. It tasted vaguely of soy sauce, but in reality, it was probably just dirty water. The cola was an incredibly small portion for 40 baht with No refill.

I hadn’t been to MK in ages, but decided to give it a try because of their 299 baht all-you-can-eat promotion. Honestly, I was a bit nervous at first—MK is usually known for its à la carte menu, so I didn’t have high expectations for the service, especially with the staff likely being extra busy.
