The primary reason for any hotel is to sleep, in this hotel it is almost impossible to sleep due to the extremely thin walls and it's position next to a busy intersection. The noise goes on all night. On top of the traffic noise there is the constant noise from what I assume to be the industrial refrigerators from the cafe below. Unless you are used to sleeping with lots of traffic noise then don't stay here. |Arrival at the hotel is difficult no obvious parking on a busy road, it turns out you can park in the police station opposite. |Check-in reminded my of the Fawlty Towers episode the American, as you are asked to choose your breakfast before you sign the registration card. |The room is very small albeit quaint and 'oldy worldy' although probably due to it's size the room has some impracticalities such as the bedside lamps taking up all of the room on the bedside tables, no obvious place to plug in the kettle. The bathroom is small but clean and functional. |One last amusing joke by the owners is to put up a sign with the words "Please do not make a loud noise" very droll indeed Fawlty.|If sleep is on your agenda then find...

They gave us advice on where to go and what to see and the day we were leaving organised transport for us to get to the bus station.||While the location means there is some noise from the traffic (we used earplugs at night), it is also very convenient for visiting the old city.||There were four choices for breakfast. We tried the two western style ones. The waffles were good but the lunches were particularly good. ||The rooms are small (only 3) and the walls are very thin.
