Burger King - HuaHin Market Village — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

The Burger King restaurant in Market Village in Hua Hin recently had a renovation.

New paint on the walls and a large, bright logo contribute to a more pleasant atmosphere.

Also, unlike McDonald's with their Orwellian digital order screens and dystopian decore, you can actually order your food from a real human at Burger King. This is a good thing.

My go-to order is the Whopper with Bacon and Cheese set. You can switch the Coke for a Sprite and you can swap out the Fries for Onion Rings at no extra charge. Currently, this set retails for 349 Baht. (Yikes! Inflation!)

The atmosphere is OK; I have never experienced this branch to be crowded and I can always find a seat.

There is a sign that says, "Free WiFi", but I didn't try it on my last visit.

The employees are friendly and the cashier will try to explain the special deals to you.

All things considered, I will take a Burger King Whopper over the McDonald's burgers any day - and I really appreciate a live human employee at the counter instead of those impersonal...

This location is very hit in miss. Some days I would rate them a 4, on other days they would rate a 2 so I'm splitting the difference and giving them a three.

There seems to be a fast turnover of employees here, sometimes they seem well trained and sometime they are not. It's a day to day thing, you go in not really knowing if things will go smoothly or not.

The restaurant is usually kept pretty clean so that's a plus. It is usually too cold inside and occasionally the music is too loud. There have been a couple of times when I visit with a friend and they give us one napkin to share.

Disappointing Double Cheeseburger Experience I visited the Burger King in Hua Hin Market Village recently and was extremely let down by my order, specifically the Double Cheeseburger. Frankly, it was the most horrible double cheeseburger I have ever had. The quality was so poor that it was genuinely discouraging. I highly recommend that the management at this location take a serious look at their food preparation standards, as the experience was a complete disappointment.
