If you're craving duck and are in Phuket old town, this is the place to head to. Choose your noodles, or soup, or rice, or vegetables. Most importantly, choose duck! My preference was the soup with flat noodles and all the tripe, intestine, blood, and duck meat. But if you're not into that, they'll ask you if you want meat only. For roughly $3usd including a soft drink, it would be difficult to get better value and flavour...

Amazing soup taste however ordered 2 dry duck noodle soups and one of them was basically the half of the portion of the other - I was a bit shocked. - still have paid same price though

it was more like a delicious “snack” other than a real Meal. I think there has been a mistake maybe? I’d recommend yes but I had to go and eat a normal portion...
