Coffee Tribe Cafe — Restaurant in Rawai

The coffee deserves the hype, it’s very good. The croissants are alright, but the one we were served seemed to be a couple of days old, it tasted ok though, but for the quality I think it’s overpriced. For breakfast we ordered omelette with beans and toast. The omelette had a very foul smell which put us off completely and lost appetite. I understand it can happen sometimes so we told the waitress nicely that we won’t be having the breakfast anymore. She was a bit upset about us not wanting to pay for it, but since we did not consume that and were paying for everything else, she finally understood. I really wanted to give 4 stars but considering the price quality ratio is a bit unfair I think 3 stars is a good...

Very nice, clean and cosy. The place provides even board games which is a thoughtful touch, and there is AC indoors if you want to escape the heat. The only thumbs down for me is the food. Although the products are fresh and the concept of their dishes is interesting, some spices or ingredients such as coriander, onion and others are not mentioned on the description so I had to spend some time to first remove all the things I cannot eat. In the meantime the food got cold so I didn't enjoy as much. Lovely place...

The interior of the cafe is nice, especially the courtyard with a small waterfall, the service was also good, but the food and coffee were very disappointing. We ordered a roll with salmon, the fish itself was fresh and not salty and sinewy, the cappuccino, according to the sensations and appearance, was made not by a barista, but in a coffee machine. More or less liked the granola with fruit, there was a large portion, she managed to eat. But I don't want to go back...
