Located not far from Rawai beach down a back street. We were dropped off by taxi there but actually had to walk through the park to get to the “entrance “ to buy tickets. Had to buy socks there too as we only were wearing flip-flops on arrival. The indoor air conditioned area is really really cool. My kids loved it. There is a big area, a few imagination stations and a Huge selection of toys for both boys and girls to play with. The swimming area was good fun but had seen better days. The water slides are turned on when you enter the pool thankfully as my kids were disappointed initially when we got there and nothing was on. You’ll need to get changed in the bathroom which isn’t ideal as there’s not much space if you’re with the little ones. There’s a small petting zoo there too with lots of goats, chickens and doves. I didn’t particularly like seeing this and didn’t feel the need for them as there’s plenty more to do there. Needless to say, in the heat, as far away as the pool all I could smell was animal waste which was very unpleasant. Maybe being able to buy water And Ice cream in the one spot would be handy instead of having to buy water in the cafe and ice cream at the...
Read moreMe and my family drove from Phuket town to the park yesterday and at the end we decided not to enter the park, the staff at the entrance is very narrow minded, rude, have indeed 0 knowledge about the word "hospitality" that is what they should show to the guests. We saw in a wrong post on Facebook that the park would close at 8, but when we arrived we discovered was about to close, we had only 45 minutes. We asked the staff a reduction on the price since it was only for such a short time and the answer was no, they didn't try to understand at all the situation even if we said we drove all the way down with our 15months daughter. We also point out that at the parking the price for adults was 100b, but one of the lady very rudely kept showing us another price. So basically they asked us 350b for my daughter and 400b for me and my husband! This park is advertising itself as a child friendly, family friendly space, full of fun? I think this park has 0 clues of family friendly environment and what doest it mean give a nice service to guests! They should change the eyes of the tiger with two big dollars symbols, it will represent...
Read moreThis place is interesting… It’s like someone had a lovely idea to open up a super cute kids club and they outfitted it with all the right things and then they forgot to ever come back and upkeep the place. This place feels like we’re happiness goes to die. Everything is faded, the ground is pulling up and looks like junk, everywhere surrounding the pool is made of slippery tile, which is incredibly unsafe, the tiles around the pool are broken, exposing sharp edges for children, and to top it all off, this place is certainly not meant for children around the age of nine or up. Super disappointing to spend ฿1300 here. In addition to those things, the café is pretty gross… There is a dog roaming around the dining area and in and out of the kitchen, the menu is incredibly overpriced and even my child didn’t want to eat here. We personally won’t be coming back and wouldn’t...
