Selina Beach Club Rawai — Restaurant in Rawai

Sounded super idea and cool place … when I arrive you have to pass by Selena residence , well I understand was the restaurant from here ! Anyway I was like give a chance … I ask if I could go on the bed free front beach no only for costumer from residence , well if your show yourself as restaurant then I should be like a co costumer cause I will pay for my food and drink anyway ! So at one be point I could order , coffee late and spring roll after 18 min exactly I try get attention what take at least 5 more minutes … after they realised that my order been forgotten, coffee took 12 min , I do a latte in 1min20secd , anyway and then after 18 more minutes I gave up and try to get attention , none saw it , roll arrive , I didn’t take pic but very poor something I do in 6 min top chrono ! At the end I just say I will not have it just make me pay my coffee , manager say everything was okay I don’t have to pay ! The things is if you not able to provide same service to all costumer because your are just a residence restaurant so don’t sales like...

Location, staff, food, and overall vibes are amazing. It's sad to see some of their critical reviews, because that doesn't represent this place at all.

Staff are very kind and greet you and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.

Lots of variety with the food in overall it is great. Yes the food and drinks can be more pricey, but it comes with the location and overall quality of the experience.

We were eating at another restaurant recently nearby and they were playing top 40 terrible American music.. then come here and it's a totally different experience here.. way better, more chill, and upbeat (as the night goes on, the tempo...

the service is very bad...it takes 20 minutes to get the menu to the table and 30 minutes to get an employee to take your order. Food is served at different times. Employees are not interested in your presence in the restaurant! The employees are just hanging around the bar counter and looking at their phones, I have never experienced such bad service in my life. The food is really good, but the last bit of goodness is lost when you experience something like this. !NO CONTINUE! Zero English skills, lazy employees...do yourself a favor don't go to this place to eat...prefer to support local...
