The food we enjoyed here was truly exceptional, in flavor as well as when considered simply as a menu item. Billed as an eatery maintaining the traditions of cooking for the royal family, what stood out was that the focus was not on presentation, trying to impress with orchids and showy cutlery, dinnerware or beautiful carvings in the vegetables and fruits. Rather, it was clear that each item was carefully considered as to ingredients and recipe.
