Benihana is the epitome of a fancy, full filling, and all round fun dinner. This was my first time trying Teppanyaki and I was completely blown away by the amount of skill the chef brought to the table (literally). He juggled his utensils and eggs with amazing precision, and one can only wonder how long it took to master this craft. The chef also let us all have a go at trying to "catch" eggs with a metal spatula - which the whole family failed horribly at - and made a delicious fried rice afterwards. Then came the real stars of the night. Never in my life have I had squid this well cooked. It wasn't rubbery or bland in any way, but rather soft and succulent, pairing brilliantly with the three sauces they provide. If you're feeling a little frisky, there is also an uber spicy sauce you can request - ingest responsibly. There's not enough I can say about Benihana. This is the first time I come to this branch. Previously I have a very memorable and good experience at the Mercure branch. The service here is terrible. We were seated for more than 10 minutes and no one come to take order. We request to be seated in the room but they said we need to sped minimum THB 15,000.00. When we agree to spend the THB 15,000.00 we were told that the stove is spoilt. When the cooking start, they used 2 chef to cook our food for 4 person at an express rate In less than 30 minutes, all food is cooked.
