Burger King - The Riverside Plaza Charoen Nakorn — Restaurant in Samre Subdistrict

There is unfortunately no communication between driver and burgershop. I live 1,2km from this place. That’s litterally a two minute drive. When it takes 40 minutes to deliver, it means my burger and my fries has been sitting 30+ minutes after it was ready. It arrives cold. The fries have turned into rubber. There’s no point eating them, straight to garbage. Into to micro with the burger, and try to eat salad, meat and bread homding same temperature, with an absolute cero crisp. And they never learn. I don’t mind waiting, but DON’t cook my meal half an hour before the driver is scheduled to arrive. I get that schedule on my grab app, yet this Burger king just don’t care. Quality has dropped so bad. Used to be the premium burger and now it's just like McDonald's but much more expensive.

We ordered mushroom swiss and the meat is thinner than my patience. And also burnt (as shown).

The chilli bacon burger is also sad and depressing. Onions and tomato (yes, not tomatoes) are not fresh and also sad. If you squint your eyes hard enough you might see the bacons burnt and shrunk. Buns are shriveled and also sad looking.

Came here on a very busy day for Burger King due to a promotional 39 baht campaign. No wonder, the place was packed. What I really was so impressed is even though there were lots of customers waiting for their food, all staffs were so friendly, attentive, and provided the best services as much as they can!
