Dubai Chocolate Nutella Tower: The menu photo was very beautiful and made it look delicious. When I ordered it, the only ice cream flavor they had was chocolate pistachio. It had a chocolate flavor, but the fragrant pistachio taste wasn't very strong. They did sprinkle a few pistachio nuts on top, though. The tower had a ton of ingredients. There were crunchy wafers—the same type used for ice cream cones—that they put a lot of in there to make the ice cream look higher than the top of the cup. There were also bananas, Nutella, and two layers of whipped cream (one in the middle and one on top). It also had a few pieces of kunafa, which weren't very crunchy and were a bit too sweet, some thin wafers coated in imitation chocolate, and chocolate sauce. Personally, I think next time I'll just order the pure ice cream on its own. A lot of the extra ingredients weren't really to my liking.

For the first time, we tried Ice cream from Swensens. Yummy and delicious Ice-creams. Very well decorated and presented. Nice ambience and quite a seating space available. I had a terrible experience here. The cashier woman is too rude - not interested in business. Owners should look into her behaviour. Im sure its causing lot of distress to many customers and losing lot of business for the brand. Save your...
