Qing Jie Restaurant 清姐猪肠咸菜 — Restaurant in Songkhla Province

Last round we ate at Qiu Ke’s and thought it was good but just expensive; so today we tried Qing Jie. 3 persons ate 1 plate of pork trotters , 1 plate of Toufu, 1 small plate of Roast pork and 1 person share soup cost 700baht. That even more expensive than we ate at Qiu Ke. 😅😅😅😅. Food wise not too bad but nothing to shout out loud except the price. A very crowded and busy restaurant.

The food is just fair which don’t really justified with the price.

We had waited staff to clean our table for more than 10 mins (with few reminder), but seem no one cares. The food can’t be served since the table were still full of dirty plate from previous customer.

The bowls and cutlery are not really clean and you can feel a thin layer of grease stay on the surface:

A must visit food shop every time I am at Hatyai. Try to arrive early to avoid disappointment as the pork organ soup was sold out at around 12pm plus on my 1st visit for this trip. The unique thin rectangular roast pork meat is crispy and flavourful. Soup is rather average but ingredients are clean and fresh. Do recommend to try...
