In a nut shell, no complaint but it is an old hotel. ||The room was old but clean. Could do with a lot of refurbishing, example, all the wooden stuff like cupboard had worn out or broken off. ||The bathtub was old but clean, shower curtain could do with some changing as dirty and moldy at the bottom, shower water pressure was good but the shower head needs changing. Towels were clean and fresh daily. ||One main complain I have was the mattress!!! HORRIBLE!!! I could feel the springs poking my back so each night was uncomfortable.||Must pay for extra pillow @ 20 Thai baht per night ||Amenities in the room were basic with soap & shampoo only. No facial tissues or hair dryer.||Room aircon was fantastic||||To make up for all the above, all the staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and polite. We are checked out at 11:00am and come back around 12:30pm to collect back the luggage and finish my 2 fresh coconut and go to washroom before I proceed my next journey for 10mins. Then, the hotel staff seemed very worried we will sitting at the lobby for more than 10mins and turn off the aircon to chase you out implying. Never experienced this in other places or country hotel. Some small and friendly hotel even allowed us to use their staff bathing facilities before we proceed our next flight at late evening.
