The hotel rooms are exceptionally clean and cool, AC can be left on while outside of room to keep cool:)

I did find some noise from the road nearby irritating in the night but overall not enough to develop anger or resentment. The front desk staff were very sweet women and I want to thank all of them for their kindness during my stay

I have rarely witnessed such a lack of customer service. Late in the afternoon, a kind couple who had already paid for two sunbeds for the whole day offered them to us as they were leaving. The moment we sat down, the staff rushed over demanding that we pay the full day rate… as if the sunbeds magically went back up for rent at 4 p.m.

And the best part? They asked us for a receipt, even though everything here is paid in cash and no receipts are ever provided. Completely absurd, but above all revealing: the only thing that matters here is squeezing more money out of guests, not offering a good experience.

We walked away disgusted by the sheer lack of professionalism and the shameless money-driven mentality. This is not a beach club, it’s a cash-grab machine.

Silver Beach is stunning, but this place in particular should be avoided at all costs if you’re expecting even the slightest bit of respect or...

We absolutely adored our stay here!! The beach is stunning - you must borrow a snorkel and check out the coral and fish! The staff are so lovely and welcoming - nothing is too much and they’re consistently friendly and accommodating! The food is sooooooo good!! Fresh and delicious - we were here for 7 nights and didn’t manage to make it to another place for dinner… it was too good here! You’ve got to try the papaya salad and pad Thai and the spaghetti carbonara is chefs kiss The rooms are clean and spacious with good AC and even HBO Go for a movie after a big day of exploring! The women at the massage hut next to the pool are so lovely and their massages are to die for! Truly couldn’t be more impressed with our stay and we can’t wait...
