The porcheta is a must have, this is the real deal, the porcheta is handmade by them the seasoning brings a taste from a porcheta made by grandparents in the countryside of italy, great job. The pasta, oooh come to a italian and not having the pasta would be outrageous, so we had it a beautiful pasta dish with homemade italian sausage cherry tomatoes and thinner slices of pork belly the brothers mentioned its a ancient Roman pasta dish which have been forgotten and they found the recipe in an old book given by their father. Pasta al dente how it should be with great taste after the pecorino on the top. The bruscheta was no different we had a melted cheddar italian sausage and Zucchini one and was just nice to jump out of the traditional sliced tomatoes one. To start we had a fresh selection of italian cold cuts which to be honest we could have stop the feast right in beginning as the flavor was lovely.
