Kanok Thai massage — Local services in Ko Samui

Usually I do not write any reviews, and actually this is my first one ever. But, I cannot praise this massage shop enough. I came here already 3 times and I have to say it got better every time. I will definitely come here every day of my remaining stay in Lamai. Joy is a very skilful masseur, who pays a lot of attention to the customers problems, without even having to mention where it hurts. Thank you for relieving me from my terrible back and neck pain.

The other massage places I went to in Lamai provided more of a standard program, where you already know whats coming next. No customised treatment.

At Kanok the massage got more and more customized at every visit. I will update my review if this changes during the next weeks.

By the way, I always had a Thai Massage with Tiger Balm for 350 Baht/hr which is more or less the usual price in 2023 at Lamai.

I had the Vitamin E oil massage and it was very relaxing. Personally, I would preferred a bit more strength, but that can easily be communicated depending on your preference.

If you are looking for a strong massage for back problems or something more intense, I would recommend the Deep/Deluxe Traditional Thai Massage instead. This is also perfect if you like bone cracking and stronger pressure to fix your body.

The prices are very cheap and they offer great service. The session lasts a full hour. All the ladies are extremely kind and friendly, which makes the atmosphere welcoming

What I really appreciated is that the massages are not rushed or done in a hurry. They take their time, focus on quality and you can feel that they know exactly what they are doing. Afterwards, the whole body feels deeply relaxed...

I can't understand the bad reviews. The massage I received was so relaxing. I took a 2 hour lotion massage, which I fully recommend. I have had 2 lotion massages there by 2 different ladies and they removed all the stress from my body, made me feel mentally relaxed and I slept so well that night. After the massage, I sat outside the shop and chatted with the ladies and they recommended good places to eat, quiet beaches in the island, best attractions and the best way to go to them.
