If you are looking for authentic Thai food , old skool at a really good price and proper portions you have found the right place . Massive prawns , sticky rice served as it should be ( for 10bht ! ) and an Issaan and Samui menu also … then look no further . Lots Thais eating always great sign . It’s rustic so don’t expect silver service , it’s not what you should be wanting when you come to Thailand . Some reviews say no smiles ( some of the staff english not so good and they’re shy … get over it ) and dirty ( it’s pretty much open air restaurant with clear view to kitchen ) food is piping hot and freshly made to order , it’s not white table cloths and yes sir no sir if you want that sit on the beach or mountain and pay 3 times the price . Food tastes okay, the price is not expensive, but have to wait very long time for food. Many time I'm saw this restaurant full but now I understand why. Because everyone has been waiting for food which is really long. If you come to this restaurant, it is advisable to see how many tables have not been served. Calculate the waiting time for food for 30 minutes per table and you will know when you will get your food. Service staff is not good at all. Does not smile or greet customers Like they don't want to service the customers. There isn't even a word of thanks when you pay the bill.
