5 stars as a place to eat a good hamburger. Here you will find many things, is a nice restaurant sitting in the shiralea area. Came for the good reviews of the hamburger, and I must say, it’s the best I had so far in the island, and went directly to my top 5 in the word. Here is why: The meat was perfectly cooked, and the taste was excellent, with the touch of pepper and spices enough to still taste the good meat. Size: I actually had to divide the portions, the meat was thick and you can tell is home made right away. Shiralea burger has bacon, yes… it doesn’t only say it has (and then you find out they put you 2 almost invincible stripes), you can actually see a lot of good quality not really fatty bacon. I came to have breakfast here once, because the options on the beach are either limited (pancake OR porridge OR toast etc) and here they offer some good breakfast sets for breakky lovers! I had the continental breakfast for 180Baht, yes, everything is around 3 times as expensive as on the mainland and around haad yao there are no nice streetfood stalls. For the price the breakfast could include a good coffee, not only juice. I ordered a cappuchino which was a very mily latte with foam. Place with this positive vibe that is very hard to catch in words. Great english-speaking, relaxed but professional and always helpful staff. Food is on of the best we had in Thailand.
