JOLLY — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

Cute spot for brunch. We sat at the comfier looking table to the right which meant we had to stoop to eat our food..our decision but table could do with being ever so slightly higher (or chairs lower)!

We were looking for a smoothie bowl so came here, smoothie component was a bit too icy for our liking and also the toppings were very similar texture/coconut was too fine so it gave the whole thing a “mushy” texture, wouldn’t go for it again. After reading recommendations we also went for the eggs Benedict/potato and spinach waffles with bacon - it was YUM! This dish is what saved the rating imo

Got the orange coffee which was decent (nicer than one we had before)…Also ordered an iced cap with almond milk - but was definitely given oat milk...

Day 2 edit - I had the crab meat omelette! - recommended

Service was slow but it was early. Food was exceptional great variety nice size serving and reasonably priced. Coffee was great but not hot enough, I'm one who like coffee that's hot when served not Luke warm which seems to be a trend these days. OJ was fresh and sweet

This is a really nice restaurant/cafe. Definitely recommended for brunch.

The only things I would change: I don't think the bread was homemade, but more likely ultra processed ingredients. Maybe they can consider getting their bread from one of the French bakeries in Lamai in the future.

The music - it's OK but too loud. Do they think the customers want this? I'm really tired of noise pollution everywhere in Samui. And FYI, I'm an aficionado for music. That's why something special shouldn't disturb peace and...
