They were okay enough to accommodate my request to put my prawn fried rice in a pineapple. :) They mistook me Thai so they gave me a menu without pictures. . Haha Smell - it's nice that they have a pond-ish thing BUT it really smells bad and takes away the good appetite of diners
I enjoyed my food.. you can't go wrong with fried rice I guess and the prawns are fresh.. Bf didn't enjoy his pad see eiw. We also had the chef prawns covered in corn flakes. Bf liked it.. for me it was so-so. Maybe because the breading is so thick you can barely taste the prawns.
I also kinda like the sewing machine style under the table. But those chairs are too heavy! :) Price okay.

To be fair I would say that we didn't ordered the right starter, they did mentioned "corn flakes" on the menu but we just thought it was a wrong translation; anyway I think they should get rid of that strange creation! The steamed fish and grilled duck were wonderful. As was the stir fried morning glory veggies.
The drinks from the bar were good. We felt the sweetened lemon juice was not as we were used to in the Margherita but they were generous / fair with the liquor. Happy Hour pricing is a real plus.
I am giving a 4 stars (Should be 4.5 Google give me more control please) because the restaurant was a bit close to the road on one side (noise) and a canal/ditch (smells/odors) on the other.
Staff was super friendly. And the ambiance was very nice and fitting with the locale. Loved the upcycled sewing machine based for the tables.
