I am local who live in Thailand I saw this restaurant on Google and have read the review about their services . I love the decoration of the place, food is good. But I am not happy with service. I was at the table had lunch, but when I had done my lunch I asked to be get the front beach sofa but it was occupied by another guests . I understand that I need to wait for 30.mins as one of.the waitress inform me. So I ordered the drink and waiting on another table be moved to the beach front sofa. When the previous customer left the sofa there was a supervisor came and got a table to be ready to be served but she was giving my table to another customers so I told her I had been waiting at this spot for half and hour already . She replied she has nort been inform from her co-worker . As i am the supervisor here . What disappointing me on this point.
do I need to inform supervisor myself after I already inform her staff to be seated ?
Do I need to know she is supervisor of the restaurant? So I can book my seat but not the other staff ? I feel I have been treating on very different standard with the westerner tourists .It was not a good impression at all.

Read moreWe noticed this place along the beach that stood out to us as it seemed very inviting and beautifully designed. We went for dinner and returned for drinks the next day as we had such a nice time. The food was great. It had been a while since I dared order a glass of red but I had , and it was delicious. I had the Chilean wine. My friend ordered an espresso martini and she was also very pleased. We very much enjoyed the food. Was tasty, good quality and not greasy. But above all, the staff was so lovely and charming. They remembered us form the previous visit and were very sweet. They even joked recalling our drinks preference from the first visit. But the venue is stunning. Natural materials, reclaimed wood and wicker. Parts of the restaurant had sand on the floor which was a nice touch. I would definitely pay a visit. It is open all day, I haven’t tried it but their coffee...
Read moreAbsolutely the best spot on Koh Phangan! The water here is truly breathtaking—especially in the morning when it’s calm, clear, and peaceful. You can effortlessly float in the sea without feeling any weight, and the sensation is incredibly relaxing. The sand is soft, coral-white, and completely free of rocks—perfect for walking barefoot or lounging by the shore.
What makes this place even more special is the welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and kind, creating a warm, laid-back vibe. Every morning I went to the gym nearby, and Joe was always there with a smile. He’s not only super friendly but also highly professional—his service really stood out.
I’ve seen and compared a few other spots along the beach, and nothing comes close. This place is a true hidden gem, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for beauty, peace, and genuine...
