We were having a beer and playing cards with friends when, without any warning, all the lights were suddenly turned off and we were left in complete darkness. When we asked the staff what was happening, the only reply we got was: “my boss told me to close the bar.” It would have been much more considerate to warn customers 10 or 15 minutes beforehand, so we could finish our drinks and pack up our things properly. Instead, we had to put everything away in the dark, relying on our phones for light. oh, really not a place I recommend, I was near the kitchen and it smelled really bad. From experience as a cook I can tell you they don’t clean the greasy grey water from the thank of the kitchen very often. Water was going out the pipe into the sea on the beach, Disgusting🤢🤮. Service not great on top of that, spend more time to watch phone or talk between themselves instead of trying to take care of the customers. I have eaten at this restaurant four times now, and I have never been disappointed! The cook consistently does an excellent job with the Thai food dishes, which is all we've tried so far. The fried cashew nut vegetable is a personal favorite.

The vegetarian options are good, and the menu is well-organized with a clear overview.
