The owner is laid back and quite friendly. Service is responsive and mostly english native speakers. The restaurant has a massive garden patio for bbq, a room for board games, and restaurant & bar that easily fits in 30 people.
Food wise, the Gnocchis were an exceptional home made treat. The house wine selection was an easy drink (Sauvignon Blanc) and they have plenty of local/imported beer available. They have plenty of hard liquor and cocktails for the adventerous. Goes well as homecooking if you don't have strict european/american food classifications. Dishes are primarily designed as platters for groups
The establishment hosts fun events from trivia nights, art exhibitions, and pop-up cultural nights featuring local, expat artists. Event updates are available on their facebook and instagram pages. Also the place to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Parking can be a bit challenging, there are around 5-6 car spots surrounding the restaurant but it seems most expat arrived in motorcycles.
We had alot to drink and eat (4 glasses, 3 dishes) so our bill arrived to around THB1K per person.
