Pu Tie Shrimp Wonton Noodles — Restaurant in Wang Mai Subdistrict

An absolute essential for all gallery and art visitors in the Cultural Centre. Very friendly prices for a bowl of great noodles with red pork and thiccc wontons! Looking at around THB 50-80 depending on the toppings and the bowl size (standard or extra). Drinks are self-served at their fridge.

Been here atleast ten times, and this place remains the champion of food in this museum.

Expect a longer than usual wait time (until 2pm) on event days, when the neighborhood swells with hungry noodle eaters. As far as I can tell, you can't make reservations and they only do walk-ins....

Another cheap, but very good dining option, in the busy, often expensive Siam business and shopping district.

Wonton noodles are my ultimate comfort and Pu Tie Shrimp is a top spot for lunch or a morning or afternoon snack. Most bowls - with soup or no soup - are priced between 65 to 75 baht and they taste great. The broth is clean and hearty, the roast pork has a nice smokey taste, and the wontons are just right sized.

Very good place for a lunch - comfortable seating, friendly service, soup with noodle, shrimp wonton (dumpling) and red pork is quite tasty, not too spicy, hearty, the pork smells of smoke, and the extra large portion is large enough to feel full.
