Read moreThis building is a modern development in the heart of Siam Square, designed to address two major issues: the persistent shortage of parking spaces and the chaotic nature of the extracurricular tutoring business in the area. Given Siam Square’s reputation as a bustling hub for students and shoppers, the structure was thoughtfully planned to provide both functional and aesthetic benefits.
One of the most intriguing features of the building is its unique interior layout, particularly the arrangement of its elevators. Unlike conventional designs, these elevators are positioned in a way that maximizes efficiency and enhances the user experience, making movement within the building seamless and convenient.
Inside the complex, visitors will find a variety of amenities catering to different needs. There is a well-stocked convenience store for quick shopping, multiple food and beverage vendors offering a diverse range of options, and several restaurants serving both local and international cuisines. Additionally, the building houses aesthetic clinics, rental office spaces for businesses, and vast public areas designed for relaxation and socializing.

Follow the escalators up for an impressive inner atrium view and eventually joining the higher floors with more fast food and convenience stores and coffee chains... Head even higher to escape onto the rooftop open air space with seats and views of the rest of the building.
