The coffee here is truly exceptional—one of the best I’ve had in Phuket! Rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed. They also have a great selection of drinks and treats that complement the experience.

What really stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made sure we were comfortable and provided excellent recommendations.

Upon entering the cafe, it’s is imperative that it has great ambience. We had a really great view of the beach from the second floor. The coffee, drinks, and desserts were as good as they looked.

However, one small mishap may have turned our experience upside down. We ordered a dirty tiramisu, however we received a latte tiramisu. We went to double check whether we have made a mistake upon ordering, or whether they have given us a wrong drink. But the staff weren’t very kind upon our confrontation. We feel like it could’ve been handled more professionally; try to find a better solution for us as customer.

We can overlook this mishap, but for future services, it should be further improved for better...

Hi! I was recommended by a friend, unfortunately I can’t comment on any food or beverage because i ordered a latte but after nearly 20 minutes waiting, it never arrived then I gave up and left. Take a note it was not even busy!! lol To the management reading- you obviously throw a lot of money into this and I gotta admit is very well designed, great view as well. But, charging premium price people except fast and efficient service.. perhaps understaffed but for god sake get some part time staff at least for the weekends… until then is just a Ferrari...
