Café Amazon — Restaurant in Yala Province

Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting a charming cafe--a chain of Thai-basd coffeehouse owned by PTT that specializes in selling delicious coffee and cakes. From the moment I walked through the door in this outlet in Betong, I was immediately struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. The interior decor was tastefully done, with cozy lighting, comfortable seating, and lovely art adorning the walls.

I ordered a hot latte and 2 slices of pandan+coconut cake + creampuffs, and I was blown away by the quality of both. The latte was expertly made, with just the right balance of espresso and steamed milk, and it had a smooth, velvety texture that was a joy to sip. The cake was equally impressive - moist, flavorful, and topped with a generous layer of creamy puff. It was evident that a lot of care and attention had gone into both the coffee and the cake.

But it wasn't just the food and drink that made this cafe so special. The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the menu, and they took the time to chat with me and make me feel welcome. The service was top-notch, and it added to the overall positive experience.

Overall, I can't recommend this cafe enough. If you're looking for a cozy, welcoming spot to enjoy a delicious coffee and some mouth-watering cake, then this is definitely the place to go. I recently visited the Amazon Cafe and was disappointed with my experience. While the cafe itself has a nice atmosphere, the staff's behaviour affected my visit. During my time there, the Muslim staff members were having a loud personal conversation that included inappropriate language, which customers could overhear. Visited this place for the first time on a Saturday morning. We ordered two iced Americanos with different coffee beans, but I can't recall their specific names. Unfortunately, neither of them was to my liking. The coffee had an overpowering bitterness and lacked the delightful aroma I usually enjoy.
