The new location is nice. Fresh and new. Due to covid the menu has changed. There is no longer italian meatloaf during covid. I was sad but I understand. It's made by hand, so to be safe it's just temporarily off the menu. My server was Joshua. He was very attentive, professional and on top of things. He does at least 4 check backs. I liked that. Restaurant was very clean. Bathrooms were extremely clean. Dyson hand dryers, no paper towels so be prepared to use the hand dryer. It's Dyson! They still provide bread, a choice of soup or salad and ice cream for dessert. It comes with the entree or the favorites entree. There are Gluten free options and there is gluten free pasta. You can also now ask to replace the pasta with broccoli. I tried the spicy Vesuvius spaghetti with chicken, sausage and meatballs, it has red and green peppers and a red sauce. However I didn't enjoy the dish so I asked for my favorite, chicken marsala. It comes with spaghetti covered in Mizithra cheese and a browned butter. The manager took the other dish off my bill, with no issue and the staff came and checked on me many many times. No straws are given, you have to ask. The new mandate on straws. I did want a diet dr. pepper and they don't serve it. They do however serve regular. I found that weird. There is Coke and Diet Coke offered. I hope that they expand their drinks and also offer some old favorites. I did feel and notice the price increase.... Please please please bring back the Italian Meatloaf.

Been over a year visiting Old Spaghetti Factory. Last experience when they were still at Ward the food was not that great. They are now located at Aloha Tower and the atmosphere and ambiance was great. We got there at 6pm and immediately seated. First thing that was wrong is the cheese shaker was empty so we put it at the front of the table for waitress..she never touched it the whole time we were there so we took one off another table. We ordered appetizers and drinks and she checked on us once then we had to find her when we were ready to order. It was dinner rush hour by that time, she forgot one of our drinks til we were almost done and no spoons for the dessert Very pleasant waitress but from monitoring all the workers they don't pay attention to details. They move more electronically than anything. For 4 people our bill came out to about $150 which was a good deal. Drinks, appetizers, entrees and dessert were all tasty and well made. We were still happy going here as compared to Bucca di Beppo...

I’m so glad that The Old Spaghetti Factory reopened at this Aloha Tower location. The spaghetti there, and specifically the Potpourri, is my favorite! I also appreciate the included salad and dessert, of which I typically choose the spumone. The location is convenient as it provides ample parking. This location seems a little smaller than the previous Ward Warehouse location though. In addition, I typically pay about $2 for parking with the included validation to eat here. Aside from that though, I enjoy the ambiance of this new location and the flavors of the food. As always, service here is top notch. EDIT (7/2/2018): On our most recent trip, the validation covered the entire cost of parking. There was however no wait for being seated. So perhaps if you eat fast enough, you won't have to pay anything for parking.

Mizithra garlic pasta is my favorite! It has thick crispy bacon, shredded Mizithra cheese and lots of mushroom slices all fried with garlic butter and topped onto spaghetti noodles! So yummy, and can't ever go wrong with it, but at $18 for a plate of noodles, it's only eaten occasionally. The fresh mini loaf of complimentary sourdough bread, with butter, is amazing, but my waitress forgot to give it to me tonight, and seemed so busy that I didn't get it until my noodles were almost gone. The salad that comes with the meal is never fresh. This time is was a bit better, but the last time some of my lettuce cuts were brown. The calamari I ordered tonight weren't that crispy, like it was made in the oven, then kept warm under a hotlight. I'll go again if I'm stuck at Aloha Tower and starving.

For those who knew the original location at Ward Warehouse, this place is what you’d expect after their move. All of the old and grungy chairs from the original location was replaced with new furniture for good or bad depending on your taste. The space is smaller. No more are there two stories. Gone are the classic tabletop video games. But thankfully, the food is still the same. There are actually a few different options for those who want a healthier plate. (You can swap out broccoli for pasta.) Parking is a little more difficult, but if you valet (in the Ewa end passing the entrance to the parking lot) it’s not that bad. Dinner is always a wait, but lunch during the weekdays is easy. And yes, the trolley is there.

Such an amazing interior!!! You may want to picture every inch. Wonderful details! Staff is very caring, dishes were great. Except minestrone soup- too saulty even for not picky me. I ordered jumbo lobster&crab ravioli and kids' tortellini served with salad pina colada and apple juece. And of course vanilla ice cream for dessert. All lunch cost us suprisingly $43 + tips. Sitting surrounded by that beauty I expected more. And still boxed some to go. My kid was supplied by crayolas and could draw inside kids' menu. And complimentary mini-baguette was warm and fresh.
