Casali’s Is definitely an authentic Italian pizza joint with a simplistic, yet enjoyable menu. Our pizzas were a Carne (Meat Lovers) consisting of ground beef, spicy Italian sausage and Pepperoni. The spiciness of the beef and the saltiness of the pepperoni gave it than authentic taste. Cost: $125.00 The second pizza was a Tuscana (Chicken) consisting of Rosemary Chicken Breast, Red Onions, Cherry Tomatoes, Mushrooms and fresh basil. This was my absolute favourite as it was paired nicely with a softer, fermented, handmade, Napoletana dough. Cost $115.00 Their Garlic Bread was super cheesy, and had pieces of garlic nestled at the top. It was paired nicely with their non-acidic marinara sauce. Their Affogato is a strong coffee-flavoured Italian based dessert, made with pure grounded coffee beans, drawn over a scoop of chocolate or vanilla gelato. Their location & scenery is convenient, clean and comforting. Wait time wasn’t long and prices are super reasonable. It’s definitely a vibe with friends or a quick lunch grab. They’re also open for breakfast. Check them out. Thanks to Kris for his knowledge and walk through of each dish, enhancing my knowledge on their origination. Check out their IG page for more info.

If i could give it 6 stars I would🤩, if you like italian pizza its the thinnest crust you’ll get here. Flavour on point, could be a bit more crispy though but everyone has their preferences i guess. Customer service was top tier, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The cheese garlic bread though AMAZING 1000/10 no one can beat it😩. The also had a very tasty gelato. First time having it and i must say i was amazed… so amazed in fact that i ate it all and forgot to take a picture 🤣. And prices are very good for the quality. Overall amazing experience. Id rate it 💯/10

Had the Salsiccia (Italian sausage and roasted garlic) pizza (opted to have added mushrooms) and thought it was one of the better pizzas I've had in a while. Would definitely be my go to pizza spot on the avenue. The dough was light and encouraging to eat more (no tough crust to hurt the jaw). Overall very thin pizza. Inside seating, street parking.

Unfortunately, I’ve come twice now from quite a distance to try the vegan pizza, to be told on both occasions, including last night, that there was no vegan cheese.

Given that it is only the cheese that practically makes vegan pizza accessible to those who are vegan or have dietary requirements, it is very disheartening. I had called prior to attending seeing as the first occasion I came last week, I honestly cannot remember the time but the restaurant closed many many hours before their online closing hours. There was no updates and I had arrived just before closing time. Again disheartening, so yesterday I had called and they said they’re closing at midnight (2am stated online though), anyways i arrived at 10PM all the way from south for this vegan pizza to my disappointment of course. If you offer something vegan, it should be a priority to keep the cheese in stock, especially as the cheese has such a long use by date, and knowing that many vegans and other people with restrictions really do travel a distance for...

Visited this establishment for the first time today. I ordered 3 calzones. Waited 25 mins then went to check on my order. The guy told me 15 mins again. After 15 mins AGAIN I went to check and he then tells me it now going in the oven and I watched the guy preparing my order I made almost 45 mins ago. I asked for a refund and got my money back without hesitation and the guy did not seem to care. After having to wait so long we left hungry and went to another food establishment and got served in 15 mins with great customer service. This is very poor time management and bad customer communication service. First impressions are lasting and I'll not recommend or visit here again. If it had a negative star rating would've definitely put a negative...
