We were excited to try out Lemon Pepper. The wait was a bit long so I’m guessing the food was being freshly prepared. My daughter got the sweet and spicy chicken which was kinda bbqish. She liked the flavor of the sauce but got turned off by a lingering shrimp taste which lead her to believe the chicken may be cooked in the same oil as the shrimp which may be something to keep in mind for those with shell fish allergies. I had the Cajun butter shrimp pasta which was alright but the garlic bread should definitely be packaged separately instead of on the pasta which leaves you with a soggy piece of bread. Overall not horrible but nothing that made me say I need to rush back. Kinda disappointed. Looked pretty..*shrugs*

Do Not Recommend. We ordered the chicken parmigiana melt and the steak and cheese melt and it was ready after 35 minutes, although we were the only customers. I appreciate that it was freshly made, however my first impression was that this is the wrong type of bread to use for a sub because it's thin and long and cannot properly hold the filling without falling apart into a messy pile. The flavor was mid at best, nothing stood out. In fact I could not even taste or see the cheese in the steak and cheese melt because it was covered in an awful thick brown sauce. I don't know what's your Best Seller but it certainly was NOT the melt.

Lemonpepper MovieTowne: After a wait of an 1 hour and 20 minutes, the food was kinda mid. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken BLT sandwich for $55. It was ok, it tastes good but I would prefer a subway sandwich ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Buffalo taste was miniscule, barely there. Couldn't taste the bacon. I wouldn't have been able to tell it was Buffalo if you hadn't told me. The size of the sandwich was good.

Food is good, no complaints there, but the wait is really long. We always order at least 45mins before to ensure we don't have to wait too long. Unfortunately I forget to always check back the order because when we get home there's always something wrong with it. Today my husband called to place an order for alfredo pasta, the guy on the phone repeated the correct order yet by the time we got home and opened the box, to my husband's dismay, it was pesto. Honestly this happens way too often. They might need a supervisor on the floor or offer the customers a voucher to return as an apology. I also suggest they have cooked portioned out pastas and chopped veg prepared before opening each day to reduce the wait time. I like their food options and the taste so I hope that they can improve...
