Cafe Le Bistro by NE — Restaurant in Trinidad

My boyfriend put weeks of effort to plan my birthday, choosing this place to order a cake from. He sent pictures of what he wanted, placed the order in advance and the day before pickup when reminding them, they asked when it was due for. He showed the the conversation where they agreed upon the date. After being reassured they can do the cake for him last minute, they absolutely let him down with the lack of effort and poor service he received. Things happen but when you don’t offer an apology and explanation or accommodation for YOUR company’s mistakes to your customer, it makes the difference between understanding from a client and deserving a bad review.

From one baker to another, this was improperly handled and poorly managed in all aspects. He should have never even paid because what he ordered is beyond far from what was received.

Nice cafe, they have amazing cakes and cupcakes. Quality isn't always consistent but is usually good. I recommend trying the Tiramisu cupcake (non alcoholic).
