As a lone diner I asked to use the washroom on arrival. At the table I was handed the menu by the owner and was aghast at the exorbitant prices, so I decided to leave. I was then followed out of the restaurant by the proprietor and his wife (both of whom obviously know nothing about South Asian food with a simple Daal priced at over 25 DT), shouting and gesticulating about how I had made use of the washroom and hadn't stayed to eat. I recently dined at this Indian restaurantt with a bunch of friends and was absolutely blown away by the magnificent food. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the aromatic spices to the tender meats, everything was simply delicious.
