Let me just say that, I have never left a negative review in my life n I do realize that this is not a 5 stars restaurant, but... oh dear lord!! I can't get through what I saw n experienced. I do hope that after readin' this, changes will be made. Therefore, here's some things u should take into consideration: • Lesson Num 1: " Improve ur Customers Service". Through my journey aroud the world, believe me when I say, I have never felt so awkwardly uncomfortable just to eat a meal. Some of the staff was so rude n pushy. I'm surprised to experience this kind of customer service in a famous area like this in the capital. By now, I'm pretty sure everyone knows that customers are the number one priority, they can turn ur business status from BAD to AMAZING just by smiling through the day. I really believe it's time for the manager to have that talk with his staff. • Lesson Num 2:, "Hire a Better Chef, IMMEDIATELY !!!!". Honestly, I don't understand what the fuss was about, let's just say that I'v learned my lesson. From now on, I will never listen to any reviews comin' from people who get payed from Social media. Overall, the food was so disappointin' and what's even worse is the high prices. And finally; • Lesson Num 3: "Take ur Reviews Seriously".

I live in Abu Dhabi, but whenever I am in Tunisia I enjoy visiting this burger place because the burgers are to die for and the restaurant staff are polite and professional. However, during my last visit I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the delivery van staff. While I was carefully reversing out of a narrow street to avoid damaging my car, the van approached at high speed honking. Since only the two of us were there, I also honked to signal that I could not move further. Shockingly, a girl inside the van responded by showing me the middle finger. This behavior is unacceptable and it leaves a negative impression, since delivery staff also represent the image of your brand.
