Disappointed by the Details – Not Worth the Hype

This restaurant may look the part of a high-end dining experience, but it completely falls apart on the small, crucial details that define real quality. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with indifference, no smile, no warmth, and the same cold shoulder on the way out.

Once seated, the service only got worse. No one bothered to collect the crumbs off our table between courses which is a basic touch in fine dining. The server opened our wine and simply left it there, without offering to pour a single glass beyond the first one. We were never given bread plates, and cutlery was not automatically changed between dishes. For a restaurant that includes service in the price, you'd expect a certain standard—yet when I offered a food-related tip, not even a thank you was given.

To top it all off, the appetizer was laughably small: one portion served for four people to “share.” It felt more like an afterthought than a dish.

The high standard of service and the whole dining experience is not one I've ever experienced in Tunisia. I'm very happy to have found this place and can't wait to come back!

The reservation process was really professional and impressive (email confirmation of reservation, another email reminder the day before the reservation date allowing you to give more information about dietary restrictions and special occasions). This already sets a great impression of the place. The reception and service were impeccable. Our waitress Fatma was both friendly and highly professional. The food was delicious and waiting time was not long. And because I included in the email that the special occasion is a birthday, they made sure my dessert came with sparkling candles and they played happy birthday music (briefly so it wasn't embarrassing for me and annoying for everyone else!). Empty restaurant, could not host for cocktails and desert at 5pm .

The staff was rude, they kept pointing to go the go to the bar even if all was empty which is ridiculous with an empty space.

Finally they accepted to sit us down at a table booked for 7pm rather than elevated like flamingos at the bar. Then another surprize , they imposed to have a full dish for each person not desert and a drink as if it is going to make a difference in an empty restaurant.

No manager to talk to , a customer service call made and no action . Disrespectful folks
