Arkadaşlarımla beraber gittiğimiz Ankara Meşrutiyet Coffee Lab şubesinde sadece biz değil ortamda bulunan başka misafirlerinize baristanızın yaptığı sistematik kötü muamelenin şirketinizin itibarını ciddi anlamda zedelediğini düşünmekteyiz. İlk önce arkadaşım aldığı tatlının yanında çatal isteyince küçümser bir ifadeyle “siz buradan mı aldınız ki” şeklinde of puf gibi rahatsız edici seslerle adeta başımıza atmıştır. Üst katınızda içeceklerimizi içmemizin ardından masamız temizlenmiş ve kısa bir süre sonra üst kata çıkan aynı kadın baristanız masamıza gelip hepimizin siparişlerini kendisinin almasına rağmen bize imalı bir biçimde “siz sipariş vermiş miydiniz “ şeklinde oturmamızdan rahatsız olduğunu çocuk azarlar gibi ifade etti.Lab’a bu tutumu yakıştırmıyor ve personel konusunda daha titiz olmanızı istiyoruz.
