Kardes Payi Breakfast Cafe — Restaurant in Beşiktaş

Finally had our full Turkish breakfast experience in Istanbul. We had the breakfast for two people and added to it menemen with the sausage. The menemen was the highlight. Enjoyed everything else that came with the breakfast as well. Thought the cherry jam and and their spicy dip/spread were amazing. Kinda expected the cheese in honey to taste better and bread to be a tier higher but both were still very enjoyable.

Definitely recommend this place for the vibe. Makes you enjoy the food experience...

This place gets 4 stars because of its food. But it really lacked in service. Almost none lf the waiters spoke any English. They seemed all to be extremely stressed and there was not a good customer service.

We ordered extra fried bread and had to remind them 3 times and finally got it after 20-30 minutes. And we barely had finished untll they tried to hurry and clear our tables.

This place is one of the best spots in Istanbul for a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive. At the end of our meal, they even offered us Turkish coffee, which was a lovely touch. The food was full of flavor, and the cozy little space added to the charm.
