This is by far my favourite, favourite breakfast place! When you walk down Besiktas breakfast street in the morning, all the cafe staff from the stretch of cafes start calling you, following you, trying to get you to have breakfast at theirs. To me, it's off-putting, you almost feel harassed.
This cafe is NOT like that, and that's something I'm thankful for! 😄 The staff are sooo lovely and few of them could speak English (seriously, it's not an issue if they can't - they are genuinely really nice, smiley people!). The food is delish! We usually have our usual gozleme, pisi, yumurtali sucuk and yumurtali ekmek. They never disappoint customers in terms of food and service.

What’s great is that unlike other Turkish breakfast places, they have many options for kids too which my younger brothers thoroughly enjoyed. They had fries, pancakes, and crepes. The pancakes were delicious and one of my brother’s got the Sushi Crepes with Nutella and strawberries which was delicious too.

Read moreI went here straight from the airport the day I arrived in Istanbul as recommended by our driver we hired that day. It opens early and no crowd on Thursday around 8am. We had no clue on what to order. They speak very little English and we ordered ala carte instead of Turkish breakfast set based on photos we saw. We ordered the sausages, some bread and crepes. Wow!
