Sokak Restaurant Cengizin Yeri — Restaurant in Beşiktaş

First of all, I got pulled into a table and I was thinking still whether or not to eat here. I don’t like the salesmen’s tactic, it’s uncomfortable and unfriendly. Furthermore, they knew I was a foreigner as I only spoke English and extremely overcharged the food. Two beers and one plate of mixed meat and it was a total of $63 American dollars. The meat alone was 1500 Turkish money. That’s corrupt and unsatisfactory. Even in America, I can’t imagine finding a restaurant that sells a few chicken wings, liver, 3 tiny meat patties and another meat that I’m not sure what it was for $45 American dollars. Absolutely got scammed. I highly don’t recommend for foreigners...

It's a SCAM. If you are tourists just don't go there.

We wanted to have a glass of raki, they imposed the bottle on us which cost us 50 euros... They imposed us Big botte of water and other things we didn't order. The guy then brought us fish for at least 4 people even though we were 2. The final bill was extremely loaded with prices ridiculously expensive. They are smiley but they manipulate tourists. Because of people like them, the Besiktas district is losing its splendor...

Trash place. It is a shame for the wonderful city...

I gave one single star because I had no other choice. I used to eat here levrek, but today was the last time. I ordered two levrek, french fries and salad. I received only half of levrek in two boxes and a lot of salad plus one portion of french fries. When I get home with the food I was shocked. The price was also bigger that was in the menu... I waited more than a half hour for this. I am very disappointed. I should go back and throw all the food in front of...
