This restaurant is at a prime location on the Bosphorus. I suggest picking a table at the sea side around 19:30 just before the sunset. I loved the salmon dish and the bread that came with it. The garden salad was also tasty. The mushroom pizza was cooked to perfection and had a thin crust. The chicken schnitzel was also moist at the center and tasted great. Beer was served in tall frozen glasses I do recommend Tuborg Amber. Mojitos are also prepared nicely and go well on a hot summer day. This is a great place to enjoy a nice dinner with friends. The service was also swift and professional. Prices are above average (600 TL per person) but reasonable compared to other restaurants I have been to. This Big Chefs will not disappoint!

The sea view is just fantastic and breathtaking. The location is comfortable and easy to reach, even though the nearby parkings might be occupied. However , the food I ate there was such a disappointment! The chicken burger was a complete disaster: 2 average chicken burgers in dry not tasty buns. No sauce, no salad, waste of money. I was also surprised buy their San Sebastian cheesecake, it was just a name, not delicious at all. At the same time i loved their fried dumplings (mantı). The service was good. Even they offered us to wait inside a bit, because all three tables outside were occupied. I really appreciate that, they could refuse us instead. Thank you 🙏🏻 Overall this place is good, just some menu items must be adjusted.

Comfortable interior design, decent music and a great view. The atmosphere in general was very positive. The staff was very friendly and our orders were all delivered correctly. Though we arrived a little late and got the feeling that they would like us to leave soon. We picked burgers from the menu and we quite disappointed by the results. The meat was dry and not medium as ordered. It would be nice if the chef prepared it with a little more love. Our hot cookie dessert felt like it was in the oven for too long. Lemonade was quite good though. Fresh and not too sweet.

It was going to be a fantastic experience, but the waiter's rude and unprofessional behavior in asking for a larger tip ruined it for my guests and me. The food and ambience were excellent, and service was what you expect for the food price tag. When he asked for a larger gratuity, we told him it would be okay if he added it to the bill. Instead, he dashed out after making an impolite gesture with his hand directly in front of all of us. I'm certain he isn't doing volunteer work there. it was not professional at all. I will be avoiding Bigchiefs going forward.

4 starts only for the previous experiences with them. Decent pricing, delicious food, big variety. However, last time the service was just awful. First of all, they didn’t accept our reservation over phone, and the waiting time was long. Secondly, the service was super slow. Thirdly, they forgot to bring us oil and vinegar for the bread, and after we reminded them they still never brought those. Good thing - the view is amazing from the first rows, it’s just next to the bridge and Bosphorus.

Quite a big place so usually quiet even in weekends. Also the view is amazing. Better to visit in warm, sunny days with clear sky to enjoy the spectacular Bosphorus view. I usually prefer here to have brunch in weekends, but they offer buffet instead of regular a la carte breakfast service -which is more expensive and bothering in my opinion. Either way, a good place to spend some time and chill.
