Hotel Huseyin Bey — Hotel in Beykoz

Wir haben an der Rezeption nachgefragt und erfahren dass ein Zimmer frei ist. Obwohl ich sagte dass wir in ca 30min zum Check in kommen werden, wollte man dass wir schon bezahlen. Nach dem Check in ging ich sofort duschen, wo ich schon den Schimmel, viele Viecher und einen unangenehmen Geruch feststellte. Anschließend sah ich die Couch und die Stühle maximal befleckt und dreckig, sowie das Bett wo viele Haare und ähnliches drauf waren. Ich konnte jeden Schritt im „Hotel“ hören und auch jedes Wort verstehen was in den anderen Zimmern gesprochen wurde. Daraufhin beschlossen meine Frau und ich nicht dort zu bleiben und sprachen es unten an der Rezeption an. Der nette junge Mann sagte uns dass er das mit seinem vorgesetzten klärt und wieder kommt, gab uns 100 Lira von 400 Lira zurück und meinte dass das das einzige wäre was er zurück geben könne. Ich sagte dass es unverschämt ist, da wir nur 10Minuten in dem Zimmer waren und ich nur geduscht habe hätten wir nahezu alles zurück bekommen müssen. Das war seinem Vorgesetzten aber egal. Es ist mit Abstand die schlimmste Unterkunft die ich je gesehen habe. Wenn ihr keinen Ekel Aufenthalt wollt, meidet dieses Hotel.||||||Ön büroya sorduk ve bir odanın müsait olduğunu öğrendik. Sonra kanepeyi ve maksimum lekeli ve kirli koltukları gördüm, üzerinde çok fazla saç ve benzeri olan yatağı gördüm. "Oteldeki" her adımı duyabiliyordum ve diğer odalarda konuşulan her kelimeyi anlayabiliyordum. Sonuç olarak, karım ve ben orada kalmamaya karar verdik ve alt kattaki resepsiyonla büyüttük. Yakışıklı delikanlı, menajeri ile bu konuyu netleştirip geri geleceğini söyledi, bize 400 liradan 100 lira verdi ve verebileceği tek şeyin bu olduğunu söyledi. Sadece 10 dakikalığına odada olduğumuz için kaba olduğunu söyledim ve sadece duş aldım, hemen hemen her şeyi geri almalıydık. Ama patronu umursamadı. Şimdiye kadar gördüğüm en kötü konaklama. After checking in, I immediately took a shower, where I noticed the mold, many critters and an unpleasant smell. Then I saw the couch and the chairs maximum stained and dirty, as well as the bed where a lot of hair and the like were on it. I could hear every step in the "hotel" and also understand every word that was spoken in the other rooms. As a result, my wife and I decided not to stay there and raised it with reception downstairs. The nice young man told us that he would clarify this with his manager and come back, gave us back 100 lira out of 400 lira and said that was the only thing he could give back. I said it was rude as we were only in the room for 10 minutes and I only took a shower we should have got almost everything back. But his boss didn't care. We stayed here as a group for our family reunion. The hotel is a renovated villa with 9 rooms just near Goksu river and very close to A.Hisarı port. Although it seems nice when you first check-in and go to see your room the reality hits so quickly. There were urine stains on the toilet seat. When I complained about it, someone came in and wiped the toilet seat with toilet paper and toilet spray only. No proper cleaning, nothing. That made me seriously think about the total cleanliness of our room. The little carpet in the bathroom was really dirty. The towels were really really old with holes. I saw a few stains on the sheets. The breakfast was poor/modarate. The owners of the hotel are not professional. You may stay in another one very close with the amount of money you paid, even in a 5 star one with a little additional money. Will I stay there again? No way. Will I recommend it to...
