Other then the view theres nothing here to see it’s honestly nothing special, customer service is terrible we were 5 people and came for breakfast they charged us 350 per person for a terrible breakfast and the worst service ive had in my life we were given 2 eggs to share between all of us when i asked wheres the rest they told me thats it thats for 5 people..even menemen one egg with a watery sauce every time id ask for something id wait 10 mins for them to respond or refill youre tea , after we had breakfast we asked for s coffee waited almost 15 mins and it didnt come then ine of the waiters came to our table and asked us to leave since apparently they reserved our table to somebody else while we were still sitting and waiting for our coffee. I wish it ended here when it came to payment i asked to pay in card they they said they could only charge me for the breakfast howveer they gad a service fee of 15% also included in the bill which could only be payed in cash. Terrible experience definitely not worth the money never recommend to anyone or...

Unfortunately, the service is unprofessional at all. We called them before we cane and asked about the breakfast and they said it is until 14:00. We came at 12:30 and told them we are waiting for our guests to arrive to order and they said it is ok but before 14:00 Our guests came at 13:40 exactly, when we ordered the breakfast the captain refused and said it is closed, we argued with him and he was so rude and said it is until 14:00 but now it is closed. Very unprofessional and rude. In the same area there is many other restaurants with same view and away better services near Big Chef. Also i want to add that they add 20% of the total price as a service for the foreign people, so if you are a tourist do not even put this restaurant...

This restaurant secretly adds a sneaky 7% extra charge on top of the listed prices, even though they don't mention it on the menu or anywhere else. When I brought this issue to Manager Tahsin's attention, I told him it was morally and principled wrong, but the response I received was filled with intolerance.

Deceiving customers like this and adding extra fees is far from ethical. This restaurant needs to immediately stop this practice and be honest. Otherwise, they will continue to trap others with this scheme. I am truly disappointed.
