ANGORA RESTAURANT AND BAR — Restaurant in Fethiye

After looking at many restaurants and not knowing where to go me and my partner decided on Angora. The restaurant was empty on a Saturday at around 6pm and after eating here I have NO IDEA why.

We ordered a doner iskemer each, bread was served hot complimentary and Turkish Mezze platter. The mezze was so good we actually asked for more. Cocktails were £5.

The service from start to finish was incredible, we felt truly taken care of and all staff were friendly. Even offered to take a photo of us. 😁

Something we both noticed is that every table in the restaurant was spotlessly clean across the board and all food was served with presentation in mind. This was a very nice touch. Me and partner are quite careful when trying somewhere new, and seeing this made us really pleased and at ease.

Very nice place to eat. I had Angora on my wishlist to visit when on my holidays in Olu Deniz, we were being quite indisicive on all the great choices Angora offer, but I knew I wanted something Grilled.

A nice gentleman greeted us called smiley, he was very kind and helped us decide, we opted for Shish grilled chicken and Lamb, it was all very lovely, the hand cut chips homemade style are very nice, however my only gripe is you don't get enough, next time I want more homemade chips with my meal.

The number 1 place to eat food in the whole of Turkey hands down the service is 11/10 the food is just as good and smiley the owner is the most genuine and generous guy I met in Turkey and he’s a really funny guy he’s got all the time in the world for all his customers and if you like football or boxing you can chat to him all day long. The pasta, the chicken, the bread, full English breakfast, absolutely anything I got out of angora was fantastic.
