Wow, what a great spot! I loved finding this green and super clean place right in the city center. 👍

Let me break it down:

The Good Stuff:

The servers are awesome! 🤩 So friendly, fast, and their English is pretty good. They're doing a great job.

The food was delicious. 😋 And that lemonade? Man, it's a legend! 👌 A little too sweet for my taste, but the flavor is amazing. This should be your signature drink for sure.

The location is easy to find, and the air-conditioned section is really comfortable.

Room for Improvement:

The kitchen looks pretty chaotic and rushed. 🧑‍🍳 A more professional setup could make a big difference.

The staff at the coffee/tea station seemed a bit disconnected, just chatting with each other. ☕

And here's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5:

The lady at the cash register. 😕 Her attitude was really unfriendly, like she owned the place or something. It was a very unpleasant way to end a great meal. For such a beautiful, classy restaurant, you need someone friendly at the checkout. It's the last impression you leave on a customer.

We ordered a mushroom pizza and a cold salmon salad. The salmon salad fully lived up to my expectations — it had avocado, red onion, and capers, and everything was fresh and well-balanced. It was truly great; I have nothing to complain about.

The mushroom pizza was also delicious and very generous in size. One portion was more than enough — even my mom couldn’t finish hers.

I was really looking forward to the calamari, but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. It was tough, and the batter kept falling apart with every bite. By the time we were halfway through, most of the coating had crumbled off onto the plate, and we were left with hard calamari to chew on.

Honestly, calamari needs to be tenderized — traditionally, it’s soaked in mineral water for a day. If that step isn’t taken, maybe it’s better not to serve it at all. We could’ve ordered shrimp instead.

We paid 1,500 TL for everything, including two glasses of water. The thing I regretted most was the calamari.
