Sahil Lokantaları 2 Fethiye — Restaurant in Fethiye

Please note this restaurant is a sam. We were advised to order mixed grill which cost 850 TL and the waiter had confirmed it would also comes with chicken wings ( This was initially the only grill dish we would order because of my two kids ) Later the waiter apologised for his mistakes once the mixed grill was served as there were no chicken wings included . So we decided to pay extra money and ordered one portion of chicken wings. By the time the grilled chicken wings came, it was tasteless and so plain as it seems chief forgot to add any salt / flavor while cooking, then the same waiter offered to cancel the grill chicken and took it back from our table. Also my both kids were so tried of waiting and they both were full when the chicken dish was served.

At the end, we were in rush to go back to our apartment due to heavy rain and lighting, so we quickly paid for the bill and was expecting that the bill didn't include with the fees of chicken wings, howevdr by the time we got home, we then realised that the restaurant had charged us additional 200 TL for the cancelled chicken wings dishes.

This is not how should be the way you are running business, especially your waiter gave false infromation and made us pay much more money to order something wasn't really the initial food that we wanted, and charged us extra for a dish you agreed to remove from the bill. Please don't go to this restaurant especially if you are foreigners.

I recently dined at this restaurant in Fethiye during my two-week vacation in turkey from Germany, and it was an extraordinary experience! If I could rate it 20 out of 10, I would. I had a dish featuring five different types of Turkish foods (550 Lira), and each one was perfect. The flavors were rich and authentic, reminiscent of homemade meals. Everything tasted so delicious that I can’t pick a favorite. The staff, especially Esref (the manager and the person in green T-shirt and brown hair), were incredibly helpful and made my visit even more enjoyable. I love this restaurant and eat here often and regularly! They have great, authentic Turkish food that tastes like home cooking. Recep and all the other waitstaff are always welcoming, and it’s wonderful that Recep speaks English very well. Excellent service! And they go out their way to accommodate you. I once asked for kış çay, winter tea (herbal), which they don’t usually serve but they specially made me fresh sage and lemon tea. Really lovely people. That plus the reasonable prices makes this one of my favorite restaurants. And their Turkish desserts...
