Search no more!!! Here is the Best künefe I had in my whole month in Turkey!!!

I only stayed for a couple of nights at Fethiye and I was sorry to leave after finding this place! I cross by this local shop walking around the neighborhood I was staying, it looked super nice, and there were always locals so that was a good sign so I had to go!

I ended up going there 2 out of my 3 nights there, the first time I had the traditional künefe prepared as it should be after I ordered it - so fresh, you could taste it on the ingredients, full of flavor in a good balance, the crunchy outside with the melting cheese in the inside and with a generous amount of pistachio on it with some cream and ice cream as a side IT WAS A COMPLETE DELIGHT!! I was so happy to have finally have such a high quality künefe!!

And then I came back on my last night in town, and I got a special künefe it was SOOOO DELICIOUS!! I enjoyed again from start to finish my dessert! Every bite was just fully packed with cheese and pistachio 🤤🤤🤤

And on top of all this the owner is the kindest, warmest, sweetest person ever!! His service is top notch 👌🏾 and we exchange some words with English and Google translate! He is indeed a master with künefe is a joy to see how much he enjoys preparing them that you can feel and taste that amazing energy in every bite of his künefe 🤌🏾🤌🏾

I was his first costumer from Colombia and he was so happy!🫶🏾🙌🏾
